Welcome to hotelmpocono.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your stay at Hotel M Pocono, located at 1244 Pocono Blvd, Mt Pocono, PA 18344. By using this Site or booking a reservation with us, you agree to these Terms.

Use of This Website

This Site is provided for the purpose of sharing information about Hotel M Pocono and enabling guests to make reservations. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.

Reservations & Bookings

Reservations made through this Site are processed by our third-party booking partner, ASI WebRes (reservation.asiwebres.com). By booking a stay, you also agree to any terms presented by ASI WebRes during checkout. Hotel M Pocono is not responsible for technical issues that occur on the booking partner’s platform, though we’re happy to help resolve any booking questions directly — contact us at (570) 839-3600.

Guest Requirements & Hotel Policies

The following policies apply to all reservations and stays at Hotel M Pocono:

  • Identification & payment: Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.
  • Minimum age: The minimum age for check-in is 18. A parent or guardian must accompany any guest under 18.
  • Children: Children of any age are welcome. Children 18 years and older are charged as adults. Please include the number and ages of children in your party when booking so accurate pricing is shown.
  • Cots: A cot is available upon request, free of charge, for children ages 0–2, subject to availability and the limits of your selected room. No extra beds are available.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property.
  • Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $100 (USD) is required at check-in, collected by credit card. This deposit is refunded in full at check-out, subject to a property inspection.
  • Check-in / check-out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
  • Special requests: All special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
  • Health & safety: In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19) and similar public health considerations, the hotel may have additional safety and sanitation measures in place, and food & beverage or amenity services (such as spa or gym facilities) may at times be limited. Please contact us directly for the most current information before your stay.
