Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. This page explains our cancellation, refund, and deposit policies for reservations made at Hotel M Pocono, 1244 Pocono Blvd, Mt Pocono, PA 18344.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: Between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
  • Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $100 (USD) is required on arrival and collected by credit card. This deposit is refunded in full via credit card at check-out, subject to a standard inspection of the room.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount.
  • Reservations canceled within 48 hours of check-in, or no-shows, will be charged for one (1) night’s stay.
  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Special Requests & Rate Changes

All special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. Rates and availability shown at the time of booking are confirmed once your reservation is completed through our booking partner, ASI WebRes.

Refunds via Our Booking Partner

Reservations are booked and processed through ASI WebRes (reservation.asiwebres.com). If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, you can do so through your booking confirmation email or by contacting us directly, and we’ll help coordinate any refund with our booking partner.

Group Bookings & Special Circumstances

For group reservations, extended stays, or cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly — we handle these on a case-by-case basis.
